Goal Setting, Celebration, and Finding Joy

This interactive PeerConnect session invites participants to reflect, dream, and celebrate. Through guided conversation and accessible vision-boarding activities, we’ll explore meaningful goal setting while honoring the wins and achievements we’ve already made—big and small. Together, we’ll also talk about finding moments of joy and pride in everyday life, even amid challenges, and how celebrating ourselves can be a powerful act of care, resilience, and community connection.
